Instructions for online giving
When you click on the button a new window will open that will take you to our secure e-payment gateway. This service is provided by Vanco Services. For more information about Vanco Services, click here for their website.
On the page that opens in a new window you will notice a "Log In" request or create a new registration. At this point, you will need to create a new registration. The reason for this; This information is controlled and secured by Vanco Services - NOT First Presbyterian Church - This is an added layer of security for your protection.
Follow the on-screen propmts in creating your account.
After completeing the registration you will then have access to manage your account through Vanco Services.

Who at the church will see what I have decided to give?
As with all of your giving in the past, only the Finance & Accounting Team will have access. This is for your tax reasons so they can continue to provide you with the pertinent tax forms throughout the year.
Is my information Secure through Vanco Services?
Absolutley, your banking and personal information is probably more secure through Vanco than most any other transactions you make in your day to day life.
What is electronic giving?
Electronic giving is a direct payment program whereby your contribution is debited automatically from your checking or savings account.
What are the advantages of electronic giving?
It makes it easy to fulfill stewardship commitments, even when you can’t attend church. You never have to bring cash or checks to church. Giving electronically also helps the church save money and improve its budget!
How are my contributions automatically deducted from my account?
Once you complete and sign an authorization form and return it to us, the contribution amount you specify will automatically be transferred from your bank account to the church’s bank account.
When will my contribution be deducted from my account?
Your electronic contribution will be debited on the date you specify on the authorization form.
If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?
Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date. Electronic contributions are recorded for you on your bank statement.
Without a canceled check, how can I prove I made my contribution?
Your bank statement gives you an itemized list of electronic transactions. It is your proof of contributing.
What if I change bank accounts?
Log into you e-donation profile and make the appropriate changes.
Is electronic giving risky?
It’s less risky than writing checks or bringing cash to church. Electronic contributions cannot be lost, stolen or destroyed and have an extremely high rate of accuracy.
How much does electronic giving cost?
It costs you nothing!
What if I try electronic giving and don’t like it?
You can cancel your authorization by logging into your online profile and make the pertinent changes.
How do I sign up for electronic giving?
